Vendor Rules and Regulation Information
(1) -
Crusin’ for a Cure Rally is an activity held indoors. Exhibit spaces are in the
Lobby of the Cook Convention Center.
(2) - Exhibit shall not display, sell or dispense offensive, profane and
or drug related parahernalia and display of such will result in removal of
vendor with no refund given.
(3) - Booth spaces can be reserved for the event for $100.00 per 10' x 10"
space. Each additional 10' linear feet is $40.00. No Permit Fee will
be required. If written notice of cancellation is not received by 7/15/ 2008,
space fee will not be refunded. Exhibit spaces will not be reserved
until signed contract and fee are received by Southern Cruisers Riding Club.
(4) - Exhibitors may sell on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 8:00 a.m. -
11:00 p.m.
(5) - Exhibitors must check in with Southern Cruisers Riding Club
official before setting up.
(6) - An application for space and its acceptance constiutes a contract
to use the space assigned. Southern Cruisers Riding Club retaines the privilege
to change locations for unavoidable reasons. Each vendor acknowledges his
agreement to these rules by payment of a vendor space fee and signature on the
application.
(7) - Vendors will be responsible for any trash in their area. Trash Cans
will be distributed to all vendors and should be left at the vendors location.
(8) - Vendor shall not transfer or sublet the space or any part thereof
or permit the same to be used by any other person without the written consent of
Southern Cruiser Riding Club.
(9) - The Southern Cruisers Patch and Graphic replicas are Trademarks of
the The Southern Cruisers Riding Club, and may not be duplicated or used in anyway without
the express permission of the Southern Cruisers Riding Club Trademark Owner.
(10) - Vendor will indemnify and hold Southern Cruisers Riding Club/Cruisin’
for a Cure Rally harmless from all costs, losses, damages, or expenses including
expense of litigation and attorney’s fees, resulting from any person or
property arising out of any act of omission of vendor of his employees or other
representatives. If requested, vendor will furnish Festival with evidence that
vendor has insurance in force with a reputable insure, including coverage (with
limits approved by Southern Cruisers Riding Club) against contractually assumed
liability. The Southern Cruisers Riding Club, its officers, agents or member
shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage due to theft, fire,
accident, or other cause, but will use reasonable care to protect the vendor
from such loss.

We, the
undersigned, do hereby submit our application for reservation of display space
for the Southern Cruisers Cruisin’ for a Cure Rally. We agree to abide by the
rules and regulations set forth by the Southern Cruisers Riding Club and will
not hold Southern Cruisers Riding Club, responsible for damage or theft from our
exhibit. Liability insurance is mandatory for each commercial vendor. I agree to
leave my display through out the duration of the vendor hours: Thursday, Friday,
Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
